Founded in 2019
Where did it all begin?
Although we are still in our infancy shoes and was only formed in 2019, our founder Mariëtte Myburgh is a seasoned next level transformation strategy advisor with over 30 years of experience. Most of her experience was obtained in large JSE listed companies where she designed, executed and oversaw strategic and core operational and support functions at senior management and executive level.
Mariëtte not only has a passion for transformation, but also a deep understanding of the other side of the coin as she continues to work in underdeveloped, underresourced and vulnerable communities where she has implemented a number of successful interventions. She is a trained counsellor, NLP and life coach, facilitator / trainer and OD Practitioner.
Our Ethos
Transformation is never easy.
Transformation is never easy in fact as Arthur Bart says it can even be painful: “Nothing happens until the pain of remaining the same outweighs the pain of change.” BUT it is a key ingredient to growth, and often survival in the ever changing society we live in.
All Transform Consulting Services acknowledges the importance of guiding and assisting these transformation processes and activities so that renewal, growth and empowerment is achieved with the least amount of pain and “cost” to all involved; but with a future sustainability.
